Desk Support is my most popular service. You are able to purchase a pack of hours to be used as needed over the course of the year. Some of my clients use these hours in the following ways.

  • To guide and train staff as they encounter issues with their portal.
  • To troubleshoot and fix complex issues by raising a ticket to my ticket desk.
  • To outsource more complicated tasks such as reporting, security administration or data uploads.
  • To store up and use for project work such as custom pages or api builds.
  • For consultation to define project road maps and continuous improvement plans.

Most clients will have a weekly meeting of 30-60 mins, and use the rest of the time for assigned work. However you are free to spend your hours however you like.

You can store hours and use them later from day to day and week to week. However you must use or lose your hours within the payment period. E.g. If you have 96 hours to use in 12 months, you cannot carry them beyond the 12 months.

It is expected that clients will not be using hours over the 2 weeks of Christmas, and allows for 2 weeks break in the summer as well.

Yes. European clients are very welcome and may pay in Euros if this is preferrable. Please give advanced notice so that you are given the appropriate payment instructions.

No. All prices are exclusive of VAT. British VAT will be added at a rate of 20%.

Their desk support rates are typically North of £120 per hour. You are then assigned someone like me. By coming direct, you cut out the middle man and get more bang for your buck. I of course, have business overheads, but they are not as high as that of much larger entities and that is reflected in my pricing.
